Very authentic cuisine and it is frequented by Chinese people regularly. The ladies and gentlemen at the service are very friendly and the food is very fresh.
Very authentic. Good duck, nice and attentive service. I would recommend it!
sehr gut! Each dish is huge! The fried rice noodles are so delicious. The decoration is very careful and the boss is very nice! It's authentic Chinese food?
It's been a few months since our visit, but the food remains unforgettable. Finally a Chinese restaurant that not only has standard dishes according to European tastes on the menu, but also original Chinese cuisine. We have ordered across the (starter) menu and, among other things, Jellyfish salad, pork buns and tofu dough filled with pork and shrimp ordered, everything was great :-) The restaurant is tastefully decorated and very clean.
Very good and fresh food... friendly service... 6 stars
The good: nice sized portions, starters are well done, they look and taste great, service a bit on the slow side but with friendly attendants and a cozy environment, duck dishes are great. The not so good: don’t expect the full mouth-numbing-spicy experience if you’ve tried Szechuan food before, the mapo tofu is mild at best, noodle soup was bland, plates were served one at a time, so in a group expect to have some points where only one or two people are eating if you choose to order separate dishes for each.
Good service and perfect food
Very good food, good hospitality. I couldn't complain.
Super tasty, generous portions, really authentic - tastes like in China! Very hospitable boss and a pleasant atmosphere. We would love to come back!
The store is clean and comfortable, the service is kind, and the sweet and sour pork ribs are very delicious!
Sweet and sour pork ribs are really good ? Sehr gut!
good service, delicious food .... but .... buy your waitresses sensible clothes .... but it doesn't reduce the overall impression
Excellent resreraunt.
A super great Chinese restaurant with really delicious authentic food. The service is very, very friendly and helpful. The Nai Huang Baos are delicious and recommendable! Gladly again!
Number 28 (gong gao ji ding) very, very tasty! Also the C39 (Nai Huang Bao) for dessert! I would love to come back :) Thanks for the great service!谢谢
I wasn't expecting much and I was still disappointed. We have reserved for 11 people. Of course, those who come first wait for the others. Half an hour later they asked whether someone would like to order something to drink. We ordered all over the menu, including many dim sum dishes and only 4 main courses. An hour after ordering, even when some dim sum dishes had arrived, the restaurant noticed that no water spinach was available. Even without asking us it was assumed that the 4 main courses should be served after the dim sum. So the first ones were already full while the others were still waiting for their food. Our next table was very noisy. When we asked to stop the funfair shouting a bit so that we can talk normally, there was no response. The food was ok. It wasn't particularly tasty. Much was overcooked. For a Chinese restaurant, I expect better quality than many Chinese snacks. Price-performance ratio definitely not ok. The highlight of our visit: When I pointed out that the crispy duck tastes burnt, I only replied: "This dish is for Germans who eat it that way!" The water spinach and 2 vitamin salts (which were also off) were bonned on our bill and if we had been charged we would not have paid attention! We visited the restaurant based on a recommendation. I hope for the restaurant that it just had a bad day and that the service & quality is not like ours. The Filled ribbon noodles were delicious but didn't warrant another visit. unfortunately I will not give the restaurant a second chance. I hope you take my criticism to heart and I wish you the best of luck and success in this difficult time. greeting Sunny
I've been on business here for several weeks and have been eating for a long time. The food tastes good and retains the original taste of Chinese food. The shop is also very clean, and special disinfection measures have been added during the epidemic. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the waiter is very nice. It is worth a try.
Again and again tasty and plentiful. Special requests are also gladly fulfilled. Very nice
Come on, my evaluation seven months ago, now you ask me where I am not satisfied? But I was really impressed. The first time I ordered your takeaway, I was very impressed. More than half of the cumin lamb is dried chili, is it okay? I doubt if I ordered dried cumin chili. I can’t remember the others for too long, just remember that the only dishes I think I can eat are all dried chilies! Haven't heard that cumin lamb should be put in dried chili and half of it? I almost forgot about this. Maybe next time I took my friends to your house and stepped on the pit. As a result, I’m still in a hurry to recall why I think your house is not good, not going. It will save the cost and pit the emotional intelligence of the diners. What kind of restaurant is still open, and it is almost vomiting.
The Hai Xi'an is a really authentic and non-Germanized Chinese restaurant. The food can take some getting used to, but the bolder you are, the better the experience. I recommend restricting yourself to various starters and not ordering main courses. These taste better and more honest. Always my pleasure!

Was here for Chinese new year. Food was very authentic (I am a German who lived in Shanghai for two years). Delicious variety of food and authentic environment. Not a tourist place but the real deal!
Fantastic selection of main courses. Great taste. Classic Chinese restaurant styling. Services for big groups (big round tables with huge lazy Susan.)
Very good food and environment
We waited more than one hour for the food to come, table came 20-30 minutes after us got there food first
If I can give zero star I will. Terrible price and service. They even tried to force us to order something we don't want. Ex, we didn't want drinks, but they force us to order drinks or no food. We r Asian so we know that. This is the most terrible restaurant that I haven't seen in Europe. How come it can get 4.3 stars? If u really go into comments u will see some " real comments" of this restaurant. Truly don't recommend this restaurant. How long we waiting equals to how long I typing, more than one hour, cause I am too too boring during the waiting. We have some guests just right behind us, but they leave because of long waiting time. Everyone here are asking "where is our foods" Ridiculously!
I can still remember the hot hot hot plate we had in the middle of the table!
This is the best Restaurent in Düsseldorf. Duck suppe is very testy.
Food is very testy.
Things to look at a Chinese restaurant: Round table with lazy Susan? ✅ Chinese people enjoying their meal? ✅ Pecking duck in the menu?✅ This place is a nice typical Chinese restaurant that we enjoyed. The waitress was very nice, she didn’t speak English but with the help of google translate we were able to request to replace ground pork for chicken on the dish with eggplant. We also had the Peking duck and a bottle of rose wine. Prices are very reasonable.
We found a plastic net in our food. We mentioned that we will not pay for this dish and waiter just asked us if we are sure as she will have to pay it from her salary. Explanation was that plastic net is kind of net to cook the prawn and they forgot to remove it. Problem is that it looked like noddle and I practically hate it.
Cool place. Prices are okay. Stuff is nice. And meals are bigger than you initially think.
Delicious food! Very nice service. Can the Mapo Tofu highly recommend! Thanks for the dessert to try, it was also delicious!
Ok but not special
Friendly people and peaceful surroundings
Perfect!!!
Very nice Chinese restaurant. Friendly staff and very tasty food.
They charged us some plates we did not order. Food quality was huge but average. We got better chinese food in Paris
I ordered chicken take away, I get lots of bones, and all was cold Terrible Not recommended
Very good Chinese food with fast services. Cozy atmosphere
Authentic Chinese food with good service as well! Taste like home :3
I ordered noodles with beef for taking away. They are super friendly and quick there. The price for the portion is also really good and the taste, I really do love it! For sure a visit worth!
Very tasty diner ?
Excellent duck, great decor, spacious and comfortable. Good service.
The restaurant itself was ok, but the service was nothing write home about, the waiter only heard us, she didn't listen and about all the wrong food. So of the food was a bit chewy and bland.
You can enjoy Chinese food with reasonible price.
Terrible food. Rude staff.
The duck is good as a German Chinese food. It passed.
Service was miserable, seemed like she is bored of her job. Waiting time for two Fantas was about 10 minutes. 2 Person menu was not of this world; 1 Springroll served on a empty plate without any sauce nor a knife. Main Menu was gross, the duck tasted like some rat meat spiced up. Best about the restaurant was the frozen fried banana, which is sad!
Dusseh's favorite Chinese restaurant Cantonese dim sum is the most authentic. I strongly recommend the fish ball soup and order one every time I come. More than one person recommends serving medium or large portions, adding vinegar properly will not disappoint! Those who like hot pot are also recommended here. The ingredients are very clean and clean, especially the meat. It is the best hot pot I have eaten here.
